From Art to Life – From Kassel to Bela krajina
We announce to the city and to the world that the retirement process of Milena Kosec initiated in 2017 has been completed. As of 1st January 2018 Milena Kosec irreversibly became a retired career contemporary artist holding the honorarytitle of Dilettante and the honorary office of the Officially Authorized and Initiated Trustee of the Pocket-size State of Scarecrows.

Kosec's statement upon retirement:
"My retirement shall be peaceful and sweet for the well-fortified borders of the State leave no room for concern for the safety and future of both our honorary citizens and the Sate as a whole. I am throwing the abundance of my non-material work to the wind to be spread all over the city and the world."
