Flag		 On May the14th, 1992 The Scarecrow Statelet was founded in order to guarantee citizen's social and economic security and to preserve them dignity. It has a square external regulation and a circular internal regulation. Its size is 3 x 3 metres. The highest peak is a Black hole. With spiral landscape it is connected with cosmos. Its aboriginal inhabitants are scarecrows - Scarecrowians. People have the right to obtain the honorary citizenship that is granted automatically when they visit Statelet or they meet officially authorized and initiated trustee Milena Kosec. Under the law they have the same rights and duty as Scarecrowians have. They have to be patriots. The basic state law is: 'Scarecrowians can be reproduced and clothed only from and by the waste'.

On February the14th, 2000 bettween The Masculine Mysteries The Scarecrow Statelet was disbanded (all limits were suppressed). It became completely shapeless and unpredictable formation.
Of course it is still fully sovereign and independent so called micro nation state.
Officially authorized and initiated trustee Milena Kosec was appointed for professional artist.
In the year 2007dematerialization of The Scarecrow Statelet is going on. Metastases are appearing. The Sound-visual MetastasisA "ROKEN BEAUTY" is inhabited with Ethno banda Državice Ptičjestrašilne (Ethno Band of the Pocket-sized State of Scarecrows) consists of Bogdana Herman, Borut Savski, Stefan Doepner and Milena Kosec.
