\nThe selection of so-called newly composed experimental Slovene folk songs is not music archeology but alive and contemporary use of folk songs patterns. Especially we creatively approach the dramatic content of folk songs, defined mostly by the very clean lyrics and rhytmics – the result of many years of live adaptations.<\/p>\nThe rythmics is basically simple but through the repetitive perseverance it produces dramatic tension. The melodics is mostly functional – in the function of the previous two. The sound – as we use it – may seem to be the element most remote from the folk tradition, but manages eminently to become part of storytelling – when it approaches the dramatic content with its own means. This appearance will be less of a concert and more of a performance – we will add to the ambient with some glimmering of light.<\/p>\n
