Concept: Midi Conversions are studies of algoritmic music principles that go back to the mid and late Nineties. More Midi Conversions is a collection of the pieces left out from Midi Sinfonietta and some that remained from the original Midi Conversions album. All pieces were prepared on Amiga 500 computer with the use of dr. Tobenfeld's KCS Levell II software - used in so-called open mode. Some were transfered to PC to get use of the richer 16 bit sample sounds. At that time I was a lot less discriminative of the fake instrument sounds... Borut Savski |
