Sunnyside Rhythm Block is a series of open performances in public space with traditional and contemporary music and an accompanying art program.<\/p>\n

In the project Message to the Lost Half, Marija Mojca Punger\u010dar will speak directly to visitors.<\/p>\n

She will invite them to use needles, thread, and a needle to transform unpaired gloves into various emoticons with personal messages.<\/p>\n

Participants are invited to bring a glove to the event that they no longer need because they have lost its pair.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organizers of the Sunnyside Rhythm Block project are Korea Art Forum<\/a> and gong<\/a>. The cultural event creates a space for socializing, listening, moving, and experiencing the street as a shared cultural space. It also includes participatory art projects that connect people.<\/p>\n

Time: Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 26, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM<\/p>\n

Location: Sunnyside Arch, 46th Street between Queens Blvd. and Greenpoint Avenue, Sunnyside, Queens<\/p>\n
